We 2 Matter x Tyson Foundation Youth Fitness Summit and 100 Women Matter Gala & Fundraiser: 2025

Over two days in Los Angeles, We 2 Matter and The Tyson Foundation hosted a Youth Fitness Summit and the fifth annual 100 Women Matter Celebrity Gala & Fundraiser. The summit engaged underserved young people impacted with workshops, sports clinics and wellness activities, while the gala honored over 50 formerly incarcerated women, featuring panels on housing, education, and career resources alongside performances, auctions, and celebrity appearances.

Card Initiative for Incarcerated Women: 2024

Sponsored by Hallmark, this initiative provided incarcerated women with beautiful cards to send to their loved ones, helping them stay connected during Mother’s Day.

Philadelphia Initiative – Partnership with BuildOps and Dr. Rita's 75th Birthday: 2024

Dr. Rita Ali was honored by Senator Street for her community commitment and leadership in criminal justice reform. The event featured the “Hall of Pain” exhibit, marking a powerful partnership with BuildOps.

We 2 Matter x The Tyson Foundation Celebrity Fundraiser and Workshops: 2023

Held in Beverly Hills, this star-studded event honored leaders in criminal justice reform and reentry. The day featured auctions of exclusive items and experiences, like a Michael Costello dress and a golf day with DJ Khaled, alongside workshops on housing resources, credit education, health, and wellness. Our cell exhibit was a highlight.

We 2 Matter x The Tyson Foundation 2nd Annual 100 Women Matter Fundraiser: 2022

This event celebrated formerly incarcerated women among a large crowd of supporters. It was an evening of recognition and empowerment, showcasing the progress of our “100 Women Matter” campaign.

We 2 Matter x The Tyson Foundation Live Auction Fundraiser: 2021

Our first fundraiser featured a live auction where art, signed by Mike Tyson, was sold on behalf of Mike Tyson Cares. The evening included a keynote from Dream Corps and raised significant funds for We 2 Matter through silent auctions and donations.
