A woman on a mission

Dr. Rita Ali has first-hand experience with the injustices of the legal system and the repercussions incarceration has on women.

She formed We 2 Matter to provide formerly incarcerated women with resources to overcome obstacles preventing them from living productive lives upon reentering society.  Support We 2 Matter by purchasing Dr. Rita Ali’s memoir, “Triple Jeopardy: Three Strikes But Not Out.”

All proceeds go directly to our programs, helping formerly incarcerated women rebuild their lives.

What Makes Us Different:
We 2 Matter stands out due to its visibility and partnerships. Our established relationships with other organizations, judges, probation officers, prison officials, and renowned celebrities enable us to advocate for and support formerly incarcerated women effectively. These connections make WE2M a valuable force in the criminal justice reform and reentry movement.
